By accessing or using HireCicle ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including job seekers and employers.
HireCicle is an online platform that connects employers with job seekers using AI-powered skill matching. The Service includes job posting, candidate matching, applicant tracking, subscription management, and related tools.
You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy of job postings and compliance with applicable employment laws, including anti-discrimination regulations. HireCicle does not guarantee that any job posting will result in a successful hire, nor that match scores guarantee candidate suitability. Employers must not use candidate data for any purpose other than evaluating applicants for the posted role.
Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and applications. Providing false information, including fabricated skills or experience, may result in account suspension. HireCicle does not guarantee employment or interview opportunities.
Employer features are available through paid subscription plans. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by HireCicle and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload (e.g., your profile, job postings), but grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and use it to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that match scores will accurately predict job performance. AI matching is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for human judgement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireCicle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the Service. You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued before the termination date.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction in which HireCicle is registered, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
